Inauguration ceremony Mexico's Azul Internacional new office

Azul PR, long-time agent for ADB SAFEGATE, recently opened a new office in one of the most important commercial districts in Mexico City. Christian Onselaere, CEO of ADB SAFEGATE, and Joe Pokoj, CEO Americas, were on hand to celebrate the opening with Pablo Ramos, Director General of Azul PR, and his team.

Azul PR was founded in early 1998, and was recruited by the former ADB to be its representative for airfield solutions in Mexico that same year. With a lot of hard work, the new team had a very successful start and in less than two years Azul PR and ADB were the leading provider of visual aids in Mexico.

A successful 19-year partnership, and on the eve of the important project to build a new international airport in Mexico City, it was essential to take a further leap to meet the growing requirements of the market. The new office will be perfectly situated for Azul PR and ADB SAFEGATE to work closely on the upcoming Mexico City Airport project.

After 5 months of fittings, furniture and design, the new office was inaugurated on November 10. Christian Onselaere, CEO of ADB SAFEGATE, and Joe Pokoj, CEO Americas, were on hand to celebrate the opening with Pablo Ramos, Director General of Azul PR, and his team. They were joined by Pablo Veiga, Director of Sales Latin America & Caribbean, and Miguel Vasquez-Lavado, Regional Director – Brazil, Mexico, Central America & Andean Community, from ADB SAFEGATE’s Latin America sales team.
