Our CEO, Christian Onselaere is looking back on an eventful and exciting 2017 and wishes you all a joyful and prosperous 2018.

2017 year has been an extremely important one for ADB SAFEGATE, not only because of recent change of shareholding but also because we made great progress in our key domains:

• We celebrated that we currently have more than 1,5 million LED lights installed by our company in the last decade alone
• With our tower solutions we registered several great successes for our Integrated Controller Working Position or under its new name, the OneControl solution with leading European airports. This solution integrates several key ATC solutions into one module decreasing complexity of the ATC teams.
• We sold to date more than 8000 docking systems of which 1000 in China alone .
• And we can now proudly say that we have 100 SLA contracts signed around the world with the latest win, with Fraport in Greece where we will service 14 airports and a new maintenance contract with Taoyuan airport in Taiwan.

I’m also very proud to say that we have invested substantially in our entire production set up by consolidating our European production investments in the (LCE) Light Center of Excellence (LCE)  in Zaventem, representing a total investment of several million euros. We continue to invest in innovation and highest quality standard products.

For 2018 we will have a series of new products and solutions to introduce to you so it promises to be an important and exciting year.
