ADB SAFEGATE has has a new shareholder. As of today, following global regulatory approval and the completion of all formal administrative procedures, we are now owned by funds advised by one of the world’s biggest global investment groups, The Carlyle Group.

The change of shareholder is an exciting step forward for us and further evidence of our potential as a high growth company and solutions provider to the airports sector.
