The AGL+5 training – intensive but complete!

The AGL+5 design training is held once a year at our premises in Zaventem, Belgium. It’s an intensive training which lasts 9 days and focuses on the complete design of an airfield. It might seem long, but it doesn’t feel like it, considering the amount of knowledge our designers have to share.

This training covers in detail all topics required for designing compliant airfields, such as:

• ICAO & FAA regulations
• general airfield knowledge
•  PAPI
•  Runway and taxiway lights
• Guidance Signs
• Control Systems
• A-VDGS

As an airfield designer himself, the AGL 5+ training was an important milestone in Mohammed´s career. I would like to thank Mohammed Ziad Al Helou for giving us the opportunity to make this video. And a general thanks to all the people who contributed to this training.
