VIDEO. After 18 months of rigorous planning, ADB SAFEGATE’s new regional facility and centre of excellence in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, opens its doors to its colleagues and business partners. Take the video tour and hear how the multiple-function facility will bring value to the region.

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought many changes to our industry including the need for digital transformation and cost-effective yet efficient operations. It is also the need of the hour for us to be more decentralized, yet closer to our business partners and our customers.

The changing requirements have propelled ADB SAFEGATE’s vision to transform our existing operations, and led to the completion of our remarkable Centre of Excellence in Kuala Lumpur.

The Centre of Excellence is the first of its kind in the region, with the capacity for multiple functions such as an advanced training centre for continued learning and knowledge transfer, an innovative demo centre for a hands-on experience of our product portfolio and a 24×7 call centre for accessibility and remote troubleshooting assistance.

In addition, the facility also acts as a shared services hub bringing subject matter experts from our various business lines to the region.

We are confident that the new facility will aid our customers and business partners who form the core of our strategy, and who will benefit via the many transfers of know-hows, rapid response times and other cost-effective solutions and services.

Take the video tour as Waqas Ahmed Sheikh, ADB SAFEGATE’s Vice President, Asia, explains the key features of the new facility.
