The Airport Carbon Accreditation Interim Report 2019-2020, published by ACI in February, highlights continued airport industry climate action amid the COVID-19 pandemic. But, uncertainty is mounting.
The World Environment Standing Committee consists of members from all ACI regions and with the aim to develop policies on global aviation environmental issues. At ADB SAFEGATE we´re are proud to announce that Adam Levy is now part of the ACI EUROPE Environmental Strategy Committee as a World Business Partner.
Tom Duffy, from ADB SAFEGATE’s Americas office, has been newly elected to serve as Chair for the Airports Council International (ACI) World Business Partners Advisory Board in 2019. As Chair, Tom will lead the Advisory Board in its efforts to create opportunities and drive interaction to maximize the value of membership for World Business Partners and ACI airport members from all regions.
Tom Duffy, from the ADB Safegate Americas’ team has been elected to serve on the Airports Council International World Business Partners Advisory Board. His term began on July 1 and runs through the end of 2018.
REYKJAVIK, ICELAND. ADB SAFEGATE recently attended ACI Europe’s Regional Airport Conference and Expo in Reykjavik, Iceland. The event was attended by over 300 representatives from regional airports and airport vendors from all over Europe. Held over two days, the conference focused on topics looking at how regional airports can compete, innovate and sustain in the current and future aviation climate.
