As someone who’s fairly new to aviation, I’m excited about the opportunities that airports can utilize to solve major challenges around processes and deliver a better passenger experience. COVID-19 has overwhelmed us all, and it’s time we take advantage of new, better and simpler ways to solve aviation’s critical problems.
VIDEO. Airports generate and consume large amounts of data. Communicating that data to the people who need it while they are on the move within the airport can be a challenging task. Information such as delays, flight statuses, and gate details are important and having that information on hand when situations arise means that all key resources can respond and start to mitigate the risks quickly.
